What makes a business website actually turn visitors into customers
Speed, clarity and trust matter more than fancy effects. Here is the checklist we use on every build.

Say what you do in one line
A visitor decides in a few seconds whether they are in the right place. Put a clear sentence at the top of the page saying what you offer and who it is for, followed by one obvious button.
Make it fast on a phone
Most visitors arrive on mobile. Compress images, avoid heavy animations, and test on a real phone over a normal connection. A page that takes too long to load loses people before they read a word.
Show proof and make contact easy
Real reviews, clear prices or price ranges, and an address and phone number build trust. Put the contact route in the header and at the end of every page, and make sure forms work.
Write for search engines too
Give each page a clear title and description, use headings properly, and answer the questions people actually search for. Good structure helps both visitors and Google.
