Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project at any time by writing to us. If you cancel:

• Before work begins: any deposit is refunded under our Refund Policy.
• After work begins: you pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation, plus any third-party costs already committed.
• Completed files and deliverables for the paid portion are handed over to you.

You can cancel a recurring service at any time with at least 7 days' written notice before your next billing date. Service continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be billed again. Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded.

Where a service involves a contract with a bank, processor or carrier, their cancellation terms also apply, and early termination fees set by those providers may be charged. We will tell you about any such fees before you sign up.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a call or consultation. Rescheduling is free.

We may cancel or suspend a service if payment is overdue, if our terms are broken, if we are unable to deliver, or if we are required to by law or by a partner. If we cancel because we cannot deliver, you will receive a refund for work not yet delivered.

You can leave the UVS Community or the waitlist at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in our messages.

Email us at the address below with your name, business and the service you want to cancel. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 2 business days.
